This site allows online applicants to complete the final step of their Honors Performance Series application by uploading the remaining application pieces:

• Audition Recording – An audio file (.mp3, etc.)
• Performing Resume – A document file (.doc, .pdf, etc.)
• Director Nomination – An image file with signature (.tif, .pdf, etc.)
  (required only if you were not previously nominated)

To submit/upload your remaining application materials, you first need to create a Username and Password.

• You will need the Customer Account Number and the Program ID you received on the online application confirmation page (or in your confirmation email).
• Once you have registered for this site, you may visit it as often as you like to complete your application.
